Well I've started off with Halo 3. At the moment I'm playing alot of CoD4 and I recently completed Assassin's Creed. Looking out for Mass Effect now.

In the Game Trailers review, at some points they were talking about the game as if it was a 7.0, but they gave it a 9.1.

Most of the problems cited are to do with the combat and repetitiveness; things that can break a game, but AC has the quality of a top game which probably saves it. Personally I think it's a solid game and I'm buying it, but some of those problems are unfortunate to say the least. Combat and replay value, tsk tsk.

Depends which house you want. All in all, buying houses involves having certain quests completed, raising deposition, having enough fame, and having enough gold. Take a look at this http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Houses

From his PS3 tag we can assume that he likes shooters, RPG's, Flight games, and certain sports games. ;]

If you mean from one console; the 360 can go to a maximum of 4 players (4 controllers).

If you could tell me what sort of games you're in to then I'd be able to give you a better opinion. In the mean time I'll give you a small list of what I personally would choose from.

Halo 3 (FPS), Mass Effect (RPG), Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (FPS), Assassin's Creed (Action/Adventure).

If you already have a cell-phone, what do you need the new phone for? Do you already have a gaming console? Do you plan on using XboxLive? I'll be able to give youmy opinion after I get those answers ;)

As for technical issues, I just bought a 360 at around the Halo 3 release and its still working. No sign of red rings or any other technical problems, yet. That's not saying much though. ^^

Besides the graphics, the online capabilities of the X360 and its large library of games are some of its other strong points.

GEARS ^ up there is right; in the end you'll probably have to decide which is more important.

Well I'd wait for a few reviews. I've bought quite a few of these "hyped-up" high scoring games, and so far none of them have disappointed me, so I'm keeping my faith and going for it. Well, as long as it's not deemed unplayable ;/

As for Mass Effect, I'm getting that as well.
