Back on 11/05, same day after getting banned, again, I sent Bethany an e-mail and recieved a response:

"I'm sure you're frustrated, but we need to shut down your account for a bit longer. This is to protect GameSpot and its users."

So there you go, no word from any other admin after that, nothing, nada, zero, zip, do I really need to go on?

So here's the "a bit longer" counter

A Bit Longer = 30+ days and counting.

No I'm not mad or fustrated, I'm way beyond that already. So here's a piece of advice to end this blog, when someone sends you an e-mail, or gives you a call, no matter how busy you are, find some time to reply.

So yesterday GS published an article on Jeff's firing. If you read it, then I'm sure you will come up with the same conclusion as me. To me, it sounded more like "NO! He did not get fired for his Kany & Lynch review.....>_>"

I was expecting something better. Something that would please the users, address the issue, show integrity, and tell us why Jeff was fired.

But all we got is 6 small paragrahps, one of them being a commercial for GS:

"Though he will be missed by his colleagues, Jeff's leaving does not affect GameSpot's core mission of delivering the most timely news, video content, in-depth previews, and unbiased reviews in games journalism,"

Besides, if this official word by GS was supposed to be any serious, why wait until yesterday, 9:28pm. Why not deny the rumor for Jeff's firing as soon as it came out?

Whatever, is not like we can do anything about it, we can't give Jeff his job back. But be sure, Gamespot and most important Cnet has lost the trust they had on me.

Though I am angry at Jeff's firing, please don't take it out by making angry reviews. Because ultimately, its the mods who have to clean that mess up. Not only on the 360 version of the game, but the Pc, and PS3 too. So please, if you're going to argue, then do so in the Official thread on OT.

You know those annoying English Professors? The one that speaks English worse than you? Uses glasses? Is British? Tall, sort of chubby? You do? Then you may also know about your group buddies that don't do anything even though its a group work. How it sucks to have to do a group presentation for one of these professors :x So I'm done for the day. I'll maybe go release some steam by playing Viva Caligula :lol: Btw, totally random, but I didn't like Spider man 3. I don't know, I just didn't like it compared to the 1st and 2nd part :? I mean, by the time Peter decided to go emo, that was it for me. G O_o there I go again, 2 blog posts in a day!

I have a funny video that I want to upload but I'm not level 10 yet! Is so dam funny :( I also want to upload so gameplay videos for Mount&Blade to show off what the new version has to offer, which is a lot. It just wouldn't turn on today, so I'll have to open it up and take a look inside -_- and here I thought that I was going to have myself a lazy day. Oh well, I still got my laptop.

I love cooking! yesterday my mom came to me with the idea of making some nice pork ribs. I can't say no to pork ribs, but I toll her that I would cook them! Yes I! So I made my own Sofrito......

Sofrito: A sauce used to cook differenet types of food. In Cuban cuisine, the main components for sofrito are onions, garlic, tomatoes and peppers. chorizo, tocino (bacon), and ham are added for specific recipes, like beans. Other secondary components includes, but not limited to, cumin, oregano, bay leaf, cilantro, and culantro.

.....and then added it to the nicely cut ribs, slow cooked them on a frying pan for and hour, and viola! Ribs! Of course, a little beer to go with it :) So then today we had some leftover and I just got some barbecue sauce and poured it over the ribs. The oven for 30 minutes and Viola! Barbecue Ribs!

My beast is satisfied ^_^ But in all seriousness, I'm really considering learning more recipes to cook. Especially ****c Cuban food. I guess when i get married, I'll be the one cooking :lol:

So I was having a casual IM conversation with Henry (chicknfeet) and there was nothing casual about our conversation ~_~ but anyways, I suddenly realized how ironic my last blog on my Gallego account is, "So I was banned" read the clever title that I gave to it. So I laughed a little :'(

BTW, careful when you talk to HEnry on AIM, you might suddenly end up talking about asses....>_>
