@Pedro: Because they are games made to take advantage of a system's capabilities.

@Pedro: No it's not a good thing. First party exclusives are an important part of a console's ecosystem.
PS5 for everything except backwards compatibility but overall both are kind of meh consoles at this point. Very disappointing how few exclusives there are.
Super Mario Odyssey is a must buy and, if you haven't played either game before, the Bayonetta collection provides two of the best action games ever made.
It was both a failure and a success. When you dominate for two gens in a row then squander everything and barely pull ahead at the end to finish second last-gen, that's a failure. For most companies 80 million+ consoles would be looked at as brilliant, for example everybody talks about how well 360 did eventhough it ended up in third place, but for PlayStation after the previous two consoles were at over 100 mil and after the PS2 outsold the competition combined by nearly 3 times over, falling to what PS3 did could be considered a disaster. However, software wise it was a great console, especially from 2009 and afterwards. If I compiled a list of my top 20 favorite games from last-gen there'd be a good number of PS3 exclusives in there, more so than for Xbox 360 or Wii.
Got these for buying Gears 4 Ultimate Edition but already have all the other Gears games, so here's some codes for anybody interested.

Yes, easily the best so far this gen. In fact, I'd put it right there with Burnout 3: Takedown as my favorite racing game of all-time. Had to buy an Xbox One for the Forza series since PS4 has nothing outside of the decent-at-best DriveClub. Hopefully Polyphony has taken notes and is using the delay of GT Sport to significantly improve that game, but the fact is since the Forza series arrived on the scene in 2005, it has been much better than Gran Turismo.
In all the interviews I've read since the game was released it seems like that decision is still up in the air. If the remake sells well enough I'm hoping at the very least they go with more remakes and do one for Going Commando next. Though I would prefer a brand new game in the series.
Ratchet & Clank is a very easy game to learn and if you're a Nintendo fan you should be able to appreciate the type of game it is.
I bought it for $40 and was happy. $10 is a steal.
