Two fans behind the 360 and problem solved, mine used to get hot so quick, now the temperature is pretty low and when i put the disc out the disc-tray they aren't even hot. Two computer fans 12v powesupply and enjoy ur xbox360 8 hours per day.

I have the 360 hooked up to the TV via HDMI. I am using the digital optical output from the TV to the receiver so I use my external speakers. I am getting audio on all of my TVs HDMI ports through my external speakers, but not when I try the xbox 360. Would anyone know why? I played with all the settings and can't seem to figure it out. Could it be the xbox is not HDMI 1.3? Do they plan on upgrading this?
