1. it still has the Deus Ex multiple paths to complete your objective level design
2. it reduces inventory managment problems by allowing you to carry twelve items of any size at all times
3. ammo is easier to manage, as each gun uses the same type
4. hacking with multitools is still fun
5. it still has the Deus Ex multiple factions to join/screw over storyline

Negatives

1. simultaneous X-box and PC design means the game is restricted in its memory usage. I see a loading screen everytime I enter a building or exit a building. Not cool.
2. unimpressive graphics for its age
3. less compelling story
