I've been playing The Conduit for the past couple of days, and I have to say it's enticing. While it's not exactly in the ranks of OMGIHAVETOPLAYNOW!, I definitely find myself pulling out the Wiimote and nunchuk after a night of watching TV with my wife. The controlls are pretty good, the story is passable, but it has the perfect difficulty level for an old man like me. The enemies aren't overly difficult, and I usually can get through half a level or so before I die. And when I die, it's often because of something stupid that I did. I'm currently about 30% of the way through the single player campaign, and I can see myself finishing it soon. Surprisingly, given the reviews of both games, I'm liking this game alot more than House of the Dead 2: Overkill. Yeah, overall, it's a good game, at least worth renting.
