Hi guys,

I have money for a single game and I am stuck between MGS4 or resistance 2. I hav played resistance and I really liked it, I mean, thats some kick ass action. On the other hand, I haven't played any MGS games before but looking at the reviews for MGS4, I am asking myself should I get that instead. The big ques I have is- Is MGS4 all graphics and storyline or does it have some good action?

Suggestions please...

I haven't really played Resistance enough to know what the game is like, even though I've heard good things about it, but MGS is Tactical Espionage Action, meaning you could either try and kill them with stealth or just go all out and try to own everbody with an assault rifle!! So if you're looking for an action game, you would probably want to pick up resistance, because it probably has a little more action than Metal Gear Solid does. But when you get another chance to buy a PS3 game, I would definetly pick up MGS 4. It has a great story, thrilling gameplay, and much more. I hoped this will help you decide a little.

okay.. so i have my ethernet cable hooked up from my modem to my ps3, er i dont have a router. Well, i ran into a few problems when i was trying to get my ps3 online. For one, my ps3 cannot obtain my IP address no matter what. But heres the catch, when i put my modem into a standby state, meaning it isnt online atm, the ps3 can get the IP address, but then the status for the internet connection thing on the screen says fail, with a little message saying "DNS error 80710102". When my modem is online and active, and i try running a test, the ps3 cant even pick up the IP address. ARRRGHHH what do i do? do i need to buy a router??????? plz plz plz help!

I would use your ps3's media server option and pull the files you want from your ps3. You'll need either WMP or Tversity. I recommend Tversity myself. KayoticKiller

I would do that too, but I dont know what WMP or Tversity is. I really just would like to use a CD like I did with my bro in laws PS3 (he had a 20gig) and put the stuff on there without the hassle of of trying to set up a media server.

WHAT I REALLY THINK IS THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG. since it wont read the stuff i have on the CD. I might have to take it back. :(

I appologize if this has been done, idk why I have a feeling it has...

Anyways, out of NES, SNES (God Forbid someone says it), N64, GCN, which do you guys think wasn't as good as it's brothers

Before you post:

PLEASE have a reason

Don't flame Gamecube for not being online. You know it, I know it, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ONLINE

No Fanboys!!!!!

So I think it's n64. Why? Sure, it was the first 3D nintendo, it had some great games, but it's the only set of games that I don't go back to. It's probably because you can find upgraded versions of games like SSB and the mario sports games, but still...When it first came out, I was never addicted to the games like I was with GCN and SNES.

sticky5fingaz

I think it's the Virtual Boy. The only thing I didn't like about the N64 is the weird controller design. One of the weirdest I've seen.

I have a 80gb PS3, just got it for Christmas, and I wanted to put pictures, videos, ect. on it, but it will only recognize that I have have a CD (Data Disk) in there. It won't recognize any of the files that I have on there. The files are: JPEG, MP3, and MPEG files. I would try and use a Flash Drive, but I do not own one. If anybody knows how to fix this problem please post.

Thanks,
