I know this has probably been posted here before but I am really desperate for help. Every time I try to launch COD Black Ops or MW3 I get disconnected from XBL. I've searched and searched for solutions but none have worked. I have talked on the phone with Xbox support and we tried deleting system cache, resetting router, deleting and downloading profile, putting profile onto another device etc.. I'm almost positive it's a problem with my Xbox because I took out my hard drive and DLed my profile and tried to launch it and I was disconnected. Also I ran down to my brothers house and downloaded my profile and ran Black Ops and I connected and could play. Should I send my Xbox back and exchange it? Please help... IT ONLY HAPPENS TWO THESE TWO GAMES!!!
