Black Ace True form

There are many new updates at the Wave Station! First, let's look at the new entry for the Wave Human form of Shidou and Acid - Acid Ace!

Using a program called the Ace Program as well as his Trans Code No.001, Shidou is able to become this high speed warrior with the ability to use Battle Cards! His v1 form seems to have 800 HP. The Ace Program seems to come from one of the two supposed villain characters and it gives access to the Meteor Server, allowing Acid Ace to draw upon its power.

Here are the five new Noise Changes: Cancer Noise, Crown Noise, Virgo Noise, Wolf Noise, and Corvus Noise. It seems like Crown Noise's charged shot is his Totsugeki Lance attack from the first game (or that's just the Flash Spear battle card. We shall see and hope not). Not much information has been given about these new forms, but they certainly look nice so far. This makes 10 total Noise Changes so far.

Finally, the biggest update on the site is the Final Rise concept (possibly Finalize). This occurs when the Noise Level has exceeded 200%. Screenshots show the Noise Level being able to reach as high as over 500%! Upon the next access of the Custom Screen, you may be prompted to gain access to Meteor G. By doing so, Rockman will synchronize with the Noisy-waved infected meteor server and transform into an ultimate form. So far, the Black Ace form has been revealed.

Black Ace's Noise Force Big-Bang, Black End Galaxy, features Rockman Black Ace firiing a large black hole on the enemy field to hold enemies in place before slicing through all of them with a massive and flash, 500-damage high-speed sword slash. Black Ace becomes accessible when the same Ace Program used to power Shidou/Acid Ace is acquired. Just like with Acid Ace, Black Ace draws power from the Meteor Server, hence why his wings emit Noisy Waves and Meteor G is shown during the transformation sequence.

Behold the Black End Galaxy technique!

Not quite big news, but two strange battle cards are revealed: Skull Arrow X (190 damage) and Edogiri Blade X (240 damage). Based on the tiny illustrations, the name theme, and higher than normal damage, it's possible that these attacks are based on bosses? Or perhaps they are special battle cards that can only be used with Lvl.3 access to the Meteor Server They also seem to be related to those two mysterious characters dressed in purple. In a screenshot of Acid Ace, a mysterious female character is also visible.

Also, Dengeki has a new report, though all the information was revealed in the Wave Station update. There is a clear image of the game's new logo for those that are interested though:

The report does confirm the ability to download special battle cards from the Meteor Server, so perhaps we know the source of the cards marked with an X. The Ace Program is also described to be part of the Noise Control System. Perhaps the Spade Program used to transform Magnets into Spade Magnets is a similar program, though slightly less powerful with more fiendish results. Also, screencaps in the report confirm the return of the Typhoon Dance battle card, as well as the return of the Elec Slash/Wood Slash/Heat Slash family of cards.

Harp note code 004

The Satellite Server's main room has updated once more with a file for Code No.004 - Harp Note. For those who forgot, the Access Code to the 3rd level (Main Room) is 464969. Interestingly enough, while her height seems normal at 143 cm, her weight is listed at 0 kg. This is due to an ability granted by Harp which allows her to become weightless.

Her equipment includes the Flat Live Monitor, which act as controllable earphones that protect her from the amplitude of her own attacks such as Shock Note, the Featuring Harp Guitar, her main weapon in battle as well as the manifestation of Harp's materialized data, the Equalize Rings, which control the amplitude of the guitar using various presets, the Harp Hand Mic, a dynamic microphone used to amplify Misora's voice, and the Humming Heart Transducer, which converts Harp's energy from Analog to Pulse. Most of her equipment is geared for performing rather than battle, though they have their offensive capabilities.

One of the best updates of shooting star megaman 3

COCOROG has updated with a sneak peek at CoroCoro 9.

To start things off, one of the versions has been announced: Black Ace. Here's a look at the logo.

The thing you see is the Ultimate transformation for this version, which will be explained later in this report. The game will be released on November 13th, 2008 and will sell for 4800 Yen. Based on the fact that this is the only version announced so far, it is possible to believe that the other version will be released at a later date, similar to Rockman.EXE 3/Rockman.EXE Black and Rockman.EXE 5 Team of Blues/Rockman.EXE 5 Team of Colonel.

Five new Noise Changes have been officially revealed, though we already got a look at two of them before hand:

Cancer Noise
Wolf Noise
Corvus Noise
Virgo Noise
Crown Noise

Also, the ultimate transformation process is called as "Final Rise" and occurs when Rockman's Noise Level reaches 200%. At this point, he will transform into a jet-black, winged warrior equipped with the Float ability called as Black Ace and will have a powerful Noise Force Big-Bang called as "Black End Galaxy", described as a powerful, projectile blast.

While the report and version logos seem to imply that the Final Rise transformations are version exclusive, nothing can be said for the Noise change forms, nor do we know if the 10 that have been revealed are the only ones.

The wave-human form for Acid and Akatsuki Shidou has been revealed as "Acid Ace".

Hopefully, we'll have full scans soon!

Another update

Dengeki Online gives us many new updates on Shooting Star Rockman 3. First, there's some more information on Meteor G. The meteor seems to act like a massive server of sorts, filled up with Noise data with a beast-like entity in its center, as we can see from images released.

Larger images of Magnets and his corrupted form, Spade Magnets, have been posted. Magnets is described as a Wizard used in the Rocket room of Kodama Elementary School's science department. When he is affected by the Noisy Waves and turned into the fiendish, dual sword-wielding Spade Magnets, his combat efficiency increases greatly, putting him on the level of a Battle Wizard. It can be assumed that Spade Magnets v1 will have 500 HP. It is written that Denpa Viruses will also be affected by the Noisy Waves. There are also in-game screenshots from Spade Magnet's scenario, including in-battle screens and shots that confirm that the Kizuna Ryoku System and Attack Star system will both be returning. We also get a glimpse at the War-Rock battle card that was mentioned in an earlier news post.

Something definitely worth noting is that the top screen is now the over-world screen while the touch screen is now the "Pop-up Window" of the Hunter VG. This is now possible since the touch screen is no longer used to wave into network spaces like in the first game of the series. As usual, menus will appear on the screen when the game is paused. Also worth noting is that the War-Rock menu is now gone and has been replaced with a "Rockman" menu. Speculation may lead us to believe that Noise Change may work like ****Change in that only one can be equipped at a time and the Rockman screen will be used to determine the Noise Change used. This is only a guess and we'll have more information as it is revealed. Also, it seems from these screenshots that Subaru's homeroom teacher, Ikuta Michinori, formerly Libra Balance, will return in this game after his notable absence from the last game. It can also be seen that Subaru will have a new mugshot.

We have a good look at the new battle Custom Menu, though there is no new information yet on how it functions. It seems that cards will now float around the display rather than stay arranged in aligned rows and columns. Also, despite having the possibility of different angles in battle, it seems that, based on these images, movement will still be limited to only a single row.

A small update

The Satellite Server has a new update! However, most of you won't be able to see it at first. Why? Because it's password locked and you need an Access Code. For this update, you can see the Access Code in the greeting Wizard's message. Alternately, you can find the code by accessing the Welcome site yielded if you decipher the keitai code beneath the Wizard's message using a Japanese cell phone. Here's the code for today:

464969

The new section of the Satellite Server is the Satella Police's Main Room. So far, only one section is accessible - Code003: Shooting Star Rockman. Going to the section will give you a display of Rockman as well as explanations for certain parts of him. There's a lot, so I'm not going to do a full translation and instead, I'll just give basic descriptions (aka all we need to know anyway).

詳細 (Shousai) - Details:

Height: 145 cm
Weight: 39 kg

There's a description given that talks about the new Denpa Henkan system. Now anyone can perform the process, allowing the Wizard to take a new form for battle, using the Operator as a base. However, Project TC (Trans Code) exists to limit the amount of individuals who can perform it.

Visualize Visor: Shooting Star Rockman's eyewear. It's described as being based on the Visualizer that Subaru wears.

Wave Tooth Parts: Bits from parts of Shooting Star Rockman's armor. They allow Rockman to channel the energy he needs to use the Rock Buster and the War Rock Arm in general.

War Rock Arm: Shooting Star Rockman's main weapon in Virus Busting. Rock's head may no longer be a prominent part of the design, but it's still there, integrated into the Hunter VG, and it may perform Battle Card attacks, become the Rock Buster, or fire a Charged Shot.

Card Reader: Integrated into the Hunter VG version of the War Rock Arm, it holds Battle Card data used by the Hunter VG and allows the War Rock Arm to convert into Battle Card weapons.

Shooting Star Emblem: Effectively the symbol of Shooting Star Rockman, based on the design of his father's pendant.

Another Noise Change

A small update: along with the new Noise change shown in green in the image featured on yesterday's update concerning the Noise Change system, yet another new Noise change was shown on an animated gif image displayed on CoroCoro's official website. We have been able to identify the form as Cancer Noise. One of our staff, Manson, has made a still screencap of the shot.

Hopefully, the transformation will be unveiled in greater detail on the Henshin section of the Shooting Star 3's Wave Station site very soon!

Here are still shots of the rest of gif animation, featuring bits from last night's update, showing how the mutation becomes stronger and the Noise Change form gains more power as the Noise level increases.

credit goes to the undersquare for posting these updates.

Update

Those pictures do mean a lot, but what they don't tell is if the percentage continues to increase while you are still in battle.

This is how the noise change will progress

noise change update

A small update has surfaced today. According to a photo taken by a Japanese blogger, the free booklet given out at WaveMasters 2008 Summer, which occurred during this year's World Hobby Fair, illustrate a feature that may answer questions people asked concerning one of the screencaps on the recent CoroCoro scans.

As mentioned in the report, and now confirmed by this image, the power of a Noise Change form is determined by the Noise Level displayed on the top right of the battle screen. How the level changes is still not determined, though we can see that the higher the level, the more Rockman will change until he resembles the complete Noise Change form.

also the site has been updated and it looks like theres something inside meteor g http://www.capcom.co.jp/ryusei3/
