Well i got a call concerning some unused credit at gamestop, so i checked out the link they provided and made sure it was legit by calling a few stores. They said it was legit and i now have $63 in unused credit. My question is, how did i get this? I rarely shop there because i don't by many games, I do however pre order games when i do decide to by some and i also bought my ps3 there back in 08. I don't think it was a gift from a friend or family member because they wouldn't bother with it, they also dont know my email address or the name under my account.

Does anyone know how the gamestop credit redemption program works? The reason im posting here is that i play my xbox more than my ps3, in fact i dislike the ps3 altogether.

You obviously do not work at gamestop. I am a manager at gamestop. You can not "cash in credit". We do not do that. If you had traded it in, at that time you could have opted for cash, would be 20% less, not 10%. DOesnt matter though, as it acts as a gift card, which you can not cash in.

I am a shift manager at Gamestop. My Gamestop has extra COD Limited Editions as well. How it works is, we get what we have pre ordered, after 48 Hrs, those pre orders go open sale, thats why there appear to be extra's. so to answer your question, there will not be extra's at the midnight, but wait about 3 or so days and most likely we will.
