Thank You, it's about time I saw a thread on Turok.

It's sad but it seems that MS is doing it again where they relegate remakes of old Nintendo games to the background while the throw out hype everywhere on their more "next gen" games made by Microsoft for Microsoft.Even back on the original Xbox this happened with games like Conker: Live and Reloaded. Microsoft is willing to make next gen remakes of great old-school games to just fill in slow months because they know old fans will come to make sales move along. It's sad but true.:(

Well, I have had an Xbox 360 for a year and the PS3 for a little over 2 months now, and it seems to me that once Halo 3 and Mass Effect come out the 360 just really doesn't have any long term goals game-wise. The PS3 has always had potential it has just yet to tap into it making it a glorified Blu-Ray DVD version of the PS2. But now that Sony has dropped the Bomb for Home and LBP as well as the list of great games coming up this year it definitely looks like Sony is back in the fight.

Well there are several factors to consider for both, first of all (just my opinion based on articles and tech demos) the PS3 has alot of capability and potential graphics wise, it could possibly be better than 360 but right now all I can say is that it has potential and thats about it. However the PS3 does have an exciting list of games for later this year and once Heavenly Sword/ Sony Home gets released good luck finding one for a while.

But if your looking for an instant return on investment and don't have the patience for Sony to catch up 360 is great, it offers a great selection of games and of course Xbox Live is fantastic the amount of useage you'll get out of it will be high and Microsoft is also offering a great selection of games later this year. Even though many of the great games for the 360 will be on the PS3, the 360 will get them sooner and it offers the achievements system.

I own both systems and right now while I'm proud to own a PS3 and am patient for Sony to start dishing out the goods I get alot more satisfaction from my 360 with great games like Gears of War, Lost Planet, Rainbow Six Vegas and Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion. Ultimately it just comes down to if you want to wait or would rather get and instant use from your system.

Saying that GoW is the limit of the Xbox360's capabilities is way over the top, they haven't even put a game in 1080i yet and on top of that what about innovation? To say that the 360 has hit its limits this early is like saying that the PS3 is dead just because it has only one good game after only a couple months. Congrats on jumping the gun, you might as well say that the Wii is done because its got a lesser graphics chip.

It's definitely awesome that Sony finally got around to making its online and user areas much better, I have had a PS3 since January and I have to say that so far the Online application for it has been somewhat disappointing. Hopefully Sony Home manages to pull through and streamline the experience.

I'd still play it no matter what system it comes out on I just think that so far the PS3 has the most to grow and offer graphically and content wise, so I'm fine as long as it makes it to U.S. shores but I think it would be far more impressive on the PS3. Another thing to consider is the extra cash it would make going multi platform.

Well, if your looking for a game thats immersive storyline wise try Final Fantasy 12 or 10, if your looking for something with action and adrenaline try Resident Evil 4, I haven't played the PS2 port but the Gamecube original was fantastic.

I saw this one guy in a team slayer match in Halo, his name was XTheFrenchmanX. Like painting a bullseye on himself and he always got pissed when someone made fun of him afterwards, on top of that one of his teamates was ThePinkAhnihilator.
