The hardware is currently too complicated to emulate on PC. Even last gen consoles emulating on PC are really buggy. However there is an emulator for Wii out right now but it only supports like 5 games properly.
Overlord is about 1-2 hours of extra gameplay and open areas to use hammerhead (vehicle) so its worth the $7. Kasumi has a pretty fun but short recruitment mission that will last 20 mins but I find I don't use her much as she is pretty weak. The most useful squad members already come with the game for example the ranks I think they are as follows: 1. Miranda- Wins by a mile, Miranda has everything. Warp for armor and barriers, overload for shields and synthetics, slam for a quick incapacitation and a passive bonus which boosts the health and weapon damage of the entire squad. Plus, she's smoking hot. 2.Samara- Pull is the best power for incapacitating unprotected enemies and she has Area Reave which is like warp except it can hit multiple targets and it heals her. On top of that she can lay down the damage with her assault rifle and she is also smoking hot. 3.Grunt- He's damn hard to kill, does a lot of damage with his assault rifle and he can trample anything that gets in close. He's absolutely incredible against husks since his Krogan charge kills them outright even on insanity. Grunt is just a beast and he is my favorite male squad member as he is a beast with his "I am Krogan Charge" and is the best tank in the game. He also has the best backstory as even though he is a tank-bred super soldier he is like a child in some ways, ignorant and somewhat naive. I recommend you get Overlord as it is some great gameplay with an awesome story, and if you really want all the DLC get Kasumi but it is not really worth it.
Battlefield Bad Company 2 is more for experienced FPS gamers as it will be a lot harder when you start up. It takes like 10 bullets to kill in core so I recommend you start playing hardcore with HUD it is a lot easier for newcomers. BFBC2 for campaign is pretty average but the multiplayer just shines. You get new maps to play for free! Yes free unlike Activision charging you $15 dollars for 5 bad maps. Also the guns are actually balanced, so you won't see everyone running around with UMP45's and ACR's. When they nerf a gun it is still actually good but not so bad noone will use it anymore (model 1887's akimbos anyone?). In the beginning when you have no good guns or perks (whatever you call them) you will get a bit frustrated but when you get better guns its worth all the effort you put in. Also there are no hackers, and not as many noob tubes, but you still will see people with Carl Gustav's noob tubing. I think the noob tubes are not as cheap as in MW2 as you need to hit them pretty close or collapse the building to kill them to kill people. There is also an emphasis on teamwork for example a medic will be healing your squad and an assault supplying. Destructible buildings and vehicles are really fun and tanks and helis are not too overpowered. So after you get past the learning curve you will have fun in BFBC2!
Played it like 5 years ago. Its pretty much like the first game you play before you really get into gaming. My friends told me they broke it trying to stop all those Chinese gold miners. I think they set all the prices of items and have this market or something.
Guys my friend recommended League of Legends to me. Yes I have seen the Review and Gamespot somehow only gave it 6/10 (I feel they underrated Mount and Blade as well). The User Reviews seem to be good at 8.4/10. Is there anyone else out there having played this game, tell me a bit about your experiences?
Just use Windows 7. If you have at least 1GB of RAM (Which you should considering you want to play Just Cause 2) and are bothered to do it (took about a day hours for me to transfer my files, settings and programs. Windows 7 is blazingly fast and has loads of new features. In the future all games will require it.
