HIgh school is all about how you handle things, if you don't have a good personality or back bone your gonna get walked all over. (Having popular friends helps to lol)chilly-chill
So having a good personality = not letting people walk over you? I know plenty of shy, meek people who had problems with bullies that have great personalities. But I do agree with everything else you said. Having a group of friends in high school is of monumental importance. A good group of friends can make or break your time there.

This is also why College is so much better. Most people go to HS for 7 hours a day, 5 times a week. Thats 35 hours a week spent there, not counting homework. The time I spend in class at college is less than half of that.
I have had my fair share of awkward moments and rude, idiotic people that I had to deal with when I was in High School. I did have one teacher that seemed to hate my guts although I was the best student in the class. I almost failed the final in her class after this idiot who sat next to me wouldn't stop pestering me for answers during the test. I turned to him to tell him to shut up for one moment and the teacher goes ballistic on me. And this was after I gave him my study guide because he wouldn't do himself lol Thank god for college. It has it's problems too, but its nothing like the cesspool of idiots at public high school.
Piercings and tats are awesome. Right now though I'm trying to get my ear piercings to shrink. I stretched mine out to 7/16 of an inch and I got tired of my plugs so I'm hoping after a few weeks they will shrink down.
Yeah thats pretty much a given. A lot of girls are sensitive about their weight, and I guess if they are really old, their age too. Never have done that personally but I have liked girls who weighed more and they were insecure about their weight. But I always tell them they are pretty as they are. A lot of that is really subjective. But people have different tastes and opinions. What might be weird to you is actually normal for everybody else. But Pepsi reigns supreme over coke for me personally :P
