The obvious solutions is to develop for PC and then underdevelop the game for crappy consoles such as PS3 and XBOX 360 :).

So it won't be playable? just new cut-scenes? Ok then I'll wait for someone to upload the new cut-scenes on Youtube instead of downloading this travesty!
