It is them who feels like crap, and they just want to make other people feel like crap, cause then they don't feel alone. Being a warrior of happiness, I immediately recognize when someone is trying to bring me down, I have made a decision to never let people convince me I am anything other than a good person. I know I am good man, I mean well, don't hate anyone, and respect nature. So people will try to tell you that you have problems, or that you can't be happy all the time, but that is just their limitation they have put on their own lives. Don't look to others for examples, because truly happy people are very hard to find. Just find what makes you happy, and then protect your happiness from the unhappy people who are afraid of happiness. I am here to look evil right in the eye and say...no!
@jaifrecap I decided when I was old and on my death bed, I didn't want to have any regrets. When I got a guitar, a few of my friends made fun of me (probably because they saw me facing my fears and it made them uncomfortable) so I stopped hanging out with them. Some of my other friends were very nice and encouraging, I remember the first time a good friend heard me sing, and he said "wow, you sound really good" and from that moment on, I kept practicing and striving. Here I am 15 years later a professional musician, getting paid to do what I love.
If you follow your heart the universe will help you, if you don't, the universe won't see you. I can't tell you how much magic I have experienced simply because I was brave enough to follow my heart, and listen to the little inner voice :)
@jaifrecap I was depressed for years, I know it may sound silly, but for me depression was selfishness and confusion. For me I needed to find a purpose (not getting rich, but a purpose that includes doing something good for the world) and then move towards achieving that purpose.
While I was depressed, I secretly wanted to be a musician but had never played any instruments or sang... Well, I finally went out and got a guitar, and started learning by books and vids. Through finding and becoming what I really wanted deep down inside, I cured my depression. I also got into yoga and meditation, because those things will help you learn to control your mind instead of letting your mind control you. Also, I pray a lot. I don't go to church, I don't have a religion either, but I still pray to the universe and cry my pain out...
Life is hard, confusing, and the world is crazy, but look hard and you will see so much beauty in this world. Now I am an unstoppable force of happiness, and nobody can change me back, I will die with a smile on my face because I know life is a great blessing, and I know it wont last forever. Embrace the day, get some exercise and fresh air, go out into nature and watch the animals, they are not depressed cause they got $#!T to do lol!
