I use standard def tv, for some reason my video/screen will not show. The sound/audioworksperectly however. I thought that maybe the lead was broken, so I bought a new one of them, set it to the standard def switch at the side, and still no good, just a waste of money.

My next plan is to get it repaired however it's not cheap. So before I do that I would like to try something else first. I had an idea a couple of minutes ago and I would like to ask a question: Could I have accidently set the video settings to high def and confirmed it saving the setting? So now nothing will show up on my tv screen.. If so how do I fix this? Is there a reset code or something?
