@abHS4L88 They were excited for wii as well.. that turned oiut great. And it's next gen. it's like saying that PS3 is clearly superior to GC and the Xbox. You have to compare generations for valid comparisons.

And the Wii U won't necessarily have the best version for each game either. The 360 is weaker than PS3, but routinely gets 3rd party games with better graphical quality (albeit marginal) than PS3, just because of the familiarity with DVD style programming.

I love fun games.. I have a wii.. But for the few nintendo exclusives that I really want, I can't justify $200 or more for a system to play 4-5 games that I want to play.

Especially since most any 3rd party games will probably be 1/2 hearted ports from PC/xbox/PS. Just like this last gen of nintendo. I love my nintendo.. But they just aren't worth anymore. Especially after what they did to Samus.. I can't even trust them to keep their core games' souls intact...

@Poodger Well, I don't mean to be horribly rude..

But perhaps it just has to do with what ranking you're at. Besides, maturity isn't earned with age to begin with. People at higher ranks tend not to be younger kids because they simply don't have the Hand Eye.

Just take the halo games for example, with that ranking, I rarely ran into little kids after the first few days of playing simply because they sucked so bad.

As it is, if you're a new player, you're also stuck with the banned smurf players and trolls. You know, the guys whose accounts were banned because they were rude people. So they made new accounts and played at low ranking.

With my experience, it is very rare to find a really troll/idiot. Maybe ever 1/10 or 1/20 games or so. Bad players, sure, but not outright trolls/immature kids. And I'm only 1400 elo.

The FPS that had FPS games that weren't DOOM called doom clones. All FPS stem from DOOM. So if we're going to be comparing video gaming FPS notes, at best best, I win. At worst, I tie.

Silly argument. What halo did for the FPS genre was the 2 weapon + Nades system and the recharging HP instead of health packs. That is what H1 did new, and what ever other game after it copies.

@ChemicalReaper Notch has said he managed to secure multiple free updates from microsoft for the game. How many exactly is unknown. but free DLC is confirmed.
