This is a prime example that graphics are still relevant. With the emergence of "casual gamers" and their preference of gameplay over graphics, this game should serve as an example that good graphics + good gameplay > "who gives" graphics + good gameplay
The graphics are really, really impressive. I'm glad they don't need to use any CGI with Cryengine 3. I don't know how the Xbox 360 will be able to pull this game off.
If the Nextbox will export ports to the PS4 or PC, then it has to be deliver in a massive scale. I sure hope they won't have any more ports like they're dong now.
I completely agree with the article. I sure hope the next Playstation will get exclusive titles that will utilize any new hardware it gets so it doesn't have to get ports from the 360. The new Unreal Engine 4 should work great with the next Playstation with great graphics and more processing.
It's good to hear that the new COD game will actually improve on graphics for once. MW3 looked like a cartoon and exactly the same as MW2. With the Frostbite 2 engine out, they definately have to improve.
