You should go to he room with water and lot of spikes. Then, you turn into bat and fly ahead until the wall. You can land in piece of floor. Here you must equip the "puppet master" and the "ape squeleton" souls. So you can throw a puppet to the other piece of floor. And voila, you've passed.
