I think if you get a homeless person to like you in the imperial city then they'll give you enough intel to join the thieves guild. Once you do that you can buy as many picks as you want. Another option is to get arrested, that's another way to get into the thieves guild.

well my console was made before 06 because I got it at launch which was in 05.

Ya well I thought that also but the lady said microsoft wasn't doing any free repairs right now. It's all a bunch of B.S. to be perfectly honest with you, I mean the lady couldn't even speak english that well. I'm not going to even let myself get angry about it I'll shift brand loyalty. Probably to nintendo or P.C. Maybe I'll finally pick up a PS2. It kind of sucks because there were a ton of games I was looking forward to that were exclusive for the 360, but I just can't support a product that isn't reliable.

Ya I didn't realize how dependent I was on my 360 untill now.

Well I'm in trouble now. My 360 no longer finds any of my discs readable, which means I can no longer watch dvd's or play games on disc. I can only play xbox live arcade games or download stuff through the marketplace. Anyways I called microsoft and they want me to spend 150 bucks to repair it. I thought my unit was supposed to be repaired for free since I got it at launch, buy I guess I was wrong on that one. 

Well I told the lady on the phone that I wasn't going to pay that money and that she needed to give me a reason why I should get a system repaired that breaks after only one year of use. Well she didn't really have much to say to that. Anyways what do you guys think? Should I get the system repaired, or save my money? I've gotta admit I'm thinking about going to a competitors system. Or maybe I'll just get a powerfull P.C. and have access to all the mods for Oblivion.
