I couldn't believe I forgot this. When I got Fallout 3 for the PS3 and connected to the PSN with it, I had discovered that it kept prompting me with an update, version "1....duh duh duh". I kept thinking of it as a system update instead of a game update, so I kept putting it off. When I started to have some bug issues with the game, I caved and downloaded it. Didn't have problems since then. I then got Little Big Planet a month ago and gave it a shot. When I came into some spending cash, I splurged on some nifty DLC for the game. But the only bit of data that came up was the Kratos skin. This obviously pissed me off since I spent 20 bucks worth of currency on content that I couldn't get to work. I messed with it for a week. Connected to the PSN a couple of times, and again I get met with "Update Version 1....whatever." Kept putting it off. Soon, I caved and downloaded that update. Now, the content's working in full swing! One fundamental aspect of my life is I learn through trial and error. I'm sure we all have had that experience in our life. Least now I know what I need to do with my PS3 when I download something...
