Well I got my new iPhone today. I fell in love with it immediately i downloaded all my songs and then (completely oblivious) went to set up personal ring-tones for my friends using my music. I then found out that the song must be purchased from iTunes and then you must pay again to make it a ring-tone is this not the greediest thing ever. First you have to buy the song for a dollar then you have to pay another dollar to make it a ring-tone. The worst part about it is I do not pirate music so i have already paid for it once before I just didn't use iTunes because i did not want to pay a dollar for low quality music. I use legal-sounds instead because the prices reflect the quality of music since MP3s are the worst quality of music. People often accuse Microsoft of being greedy (which it often is) and say that Apple is much better but i think that this act of greediness goes far beyond anything Microsoft has done. Also Apple keeps trying to block software that allows you to make ring-tones out of your music i think this is totally hypocritical since Apple is always trying to say how much more liberty you have with Apple versus Microsoft.
