sins of a solar empire gets my vote. it may not be just like homeworld but its on that terms of an rts added with multiple systems to conquer.

who said soase couldn't be as good as an RTS? the beuty of it is that it IS an RTS/4X game. so their souldn't be no limitations leaning towards both individual elements of intity. that is a lot of mixed strategic players to face with in space.
