Oh, also, the best sites for mods (at least that I know of) are http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/ and http://www.tesnexus.com/ Another great site to help you choose what mods to use is http://devnull.sweetdanger.net/home.html 2 other great quest mods -The Lost Spires -Blood & Mud
First off, if you really want immersion in your game, I would recommend using T.I.E. instead of OOO or Frans, but Frans is good too. OOO doesn't really make the game more immersive, it simply changes it for the better. But T.I.E. is designed with complete immersion in mind, eliminating all leveled lists, and it makes you adapt to the game, as apposed to the "cradling" system vanilla Oblivion uses. Also, Living Economy, Natural Environments, and a window lighting mod, such as illuminated windows, or Texan's more PC friendly version, all really help make the game come alive. I'd also recommend M.O.B.S. for weapon rebalancing, you can even load it after T.I.E. to make it affect that mod, but T.I.E.'s stronger weapon rebalancing kinda fits the immersive feel of the game. I would, however, recommend tweaking some weapon stats around in the Construction Set, to suit your taste. Lastly, if you want some good companion mods, "Ruined Tail's Tale," and "Tears of the Fiend" by Simyaz are simply the best. Period. Anyway, good luck
