Does it tell you what type of error it is? (Example) System Error 48. If it does then look up that error by google and you will see what exactly the problem is.
Yah I read that somewhere if you get enough complaints you will be banned for a certain amount of time.If its been a long time since this happend you need to call microsoft and get them to tell you whats going on.
