@ggamerr: you can download 360 and PS3 games from the marketplace on their respective console. It's very painless. It is best to wait for a sale otherwise you might pay $20 for a digital copy you could get for cheaper on disc.

I would honestly say unless you're very interested in Halo, I would not get an Xbox One at this point. It's up to you and how interested in the exclusives you are.
So Sunset Overdrive, Crackdown 3, Gears of War 4, Quantum Break, D4, Fable Legends, Below and Forza Horizons 2 mean nothing huh?? Don't even say that those games aren't coming anytime soon, because if that is your argument, neither is anything that has the Sony fanboys all fired up!!
Sunset Overdrive looks alright, but it's not enough to make me want to buy a console. I have no interest in Gears 4, Quantum Break, or Forza. Fable could be alright, but it doesn't look like anything special. Crackdown 3 could be great with the co-op. This is just my opinion though. My only interest right now lies in Destiny and the Halo MCC.
I've always been amped for this game. That probably makes me a Bungie fanboy, but whatever. The game definitely delivers, but I do hope the AI is much smarter at launch.

I'm super guilty of being the guy sniping at the main spawn. In my defense though I usually get about 10 spotter ribbons a game, and I'm not too shabby with a sniper rifle. I definitely like to goof off as well, but I usually help with objectives if we start getting trounced. Good video though, definitely helpful for newbies.
I actually realized I did this quite a bit, so I have completely stopped. I only buy games that are relatively time sensitive like multiplayer games that will be replaced with sequels within a year or so. Otherwise I wait for major price drops on single player/co-op driven games and my friend and I get them and play together. For most single player games we each by one we're interested in and then swap games once we've finished. It's been working out great and saving me a crap load of money.
You can jump into any of them since they aren't direct sequels or anything. I have never played Demon Souls, but DS1 is a great, albeit frustrating game. Just take it slow and learn from your mistakes.
