Why would Mario want to fight Peach? I feel I should mention this is a movie with a real plot, not a spoof. Not Bowser for certain reasons and maybe King Goomba. Think of basic enemies, not bosses.

Not the weeglee or drybones, as they are hard to make. Toad is not an enemy (although that would be a funny twist). I'm currently thinking about what to do with Lakitu, and Pokey may actually be good. Thanks.

I am currently making a flash-animated movie. And I'm doing a fight scene with Mario. What I need is inspiration for who he'll be fighting. These fight scenes don't include guns, just martial arts stuff, and maybe Mario pulling out his hammer once or twice. I need good ideas for enemies that would work well as fighters against him. Think about all the enemies in Mario games, and which ones would go great in a fight scene. All I've done in the fight scene is him fighting a koopa. I've been playing through Mario RPG and Mario Galaxy (hoping to get some inspiration from them), but people wouldn't really recognize those enemies. This is really hard.

Help me out people, who should Mario fight?
