Russia has a huge problem when it comes to its image thanks to eastern europe. Cuz the country is associated with everything from eastern europe, the very view positive and many of the negative. Look at the porn industry for example most people think when they see russian porn in their pornsite and the title says russian it is russian right?? Wrong you never know unless you speak russian and even then you cant be so sure. First if you see a porn video and it says its russian and the people are european and speak a language which you dont understand your first thought is its russian. But how can people always be so sure? I am half russian and i can russian and i can say you i saw so many times people confusing romanian, polish, czech, balkan, baltic, hungarian, bulgarian, ukrainian and the rest of eastern eruope, slapping a russian title on the porn videos and people believe it. Even german or scandinavian videos are confused to be russian. Americans obviously are so lazy, they dont care about europe. And even if you find russian porn and the people speak russian how can you be sure it is in russia??? It could be in ukraine or belarus. In belarus all people speak russian and ukrainian is almost the same you cant differ it in short porn video and half of the population speaks mainly russian. I also saw some ukrainians uploading obviously ukrainian porn but titling it russian on some sites. Also the biggest porn industry in eastern europe isnt in russia but in poland and czech republic and other eastern eruopean country in the EU, their videos like i said get uploaded regularly on porn sites, western viewers just dont care about all the different eastern european country and write russian on the title if they are reuploading it on other pornsites. And its not only porn but also prostitution, most of the prostitutes in europe are from ukraine and cant your language, of course they tell you or are sold to you along with their polish colleges as russians. The same goes with the mail brides, most of them now are from ukraine. I dont regret there was a huge struggle in russia under jelzin but so it was in whole of eastern europe and still is in some of those countries. And like i said some countries which did get richer still have a large porn and sex industry like poland and czech republic while russia has a polpulatin 3 times larger than poland or 13 times largers than czech republic jet something 80% of the eastern european porn comes from these two small countries Our women get a huge damage from this image which the other eastern european nations dominate. Russia is one of the richest eastern european countries, in 2016 the gdp per capita will be 22,000 dollar while poland and ukraine and almost the rest of eastern europe will still be very poor.
