It is true that Vince is trying to buy out some wrestlers from TNAs grasp, such as the appearence of Mick Foley, who was set up on a deal with TNA. Vince offered Foley more money for less work, and made it work.

As for a superstar such as goldust who has been reocurring to jobb in recent weeks. His dad was hired on the booking commitee, and he has been giving Goldust some matches as such.

Mostly competition with TNA though, I'm not really concerned about TNA...my personal favourite show of the two has to be the WWE...RAW specifically. TNA isn't as big as the Ted Turner WCW days or the ECW days. Vince squashed them and now TNA is next on Vinces hit list.
