REALLY enjoyed Mass Effect 1, fantastic.
Was really looking forward to ME2, having read all the reviews and such...
but unfortunately, Bioware hit me in the face... I played like three hours and started to hate the combat system.
Why did they change it so much from 1? 1 had it's proper combat system, not perfect but it was fun. In ME2 its like controlling Issac Clarke all over again, i feel like I'm playing another game :(
At least the story is still awesome..
Stupid EA...........
Well, it looks like I'm enjoying Perseus Mandate a hell of a lot more than Extraction Point.
Am I a bad person for it? Will post review soon
Ok time to post a serious blog for once :)
My friends and I are always talking about our favourite epic games, but only I have a list, which i call "The Epic List", or in Spanish " Los Históricos", only a few games that I can give a 10/10, and that shocked me the first time I played them. Only few games have entered this personal list, and to enter it IT´S GOTTA BE GOOD!
Games ( In order of Importance):
1º Half-Life (Game of MY life) - I don´t think a game will gve me again the impact that HL1 did on me.
2º Street Fighter II: Champion Edition. (play everyday on MAME, I also try to play with people online, I NEVER GET TIRED OF STREET FIGHTER!!!)
3º GTA San Andreas (This game should be awarded many prices, including most funny character to CJ XD)
4º Painkiller (This game is just awesome, great to combat stress and have lots of fun XD. One of the last levels, The Docks, is one of the best I played in my life)
5º Half-life 2 and Ep. 2: HL 2 could have been better in my opinion, I dont know why but I feel it lacks something, also it is tooooooo long. But Ep 2 was incredible, what an ending! 11/10

What an incredible game. What a cast of voices, the action, the plasmids, the big daddies, the story.. wow!
The only thing that I didnt like was the repetitive enemies, they should have modelled a few more!
The good ending is so good it will bring you to tears.
6º Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Veeeeery good game, nice enemies, good plot, very interesting game. I´ll replay it shortly.
7º Quake I and Quake II (Love that demonic style of Quake 1)
8º Resident Evil 1 and 3: Everybody knows 1 was awesome, and 3, with the introduction of Nemesis, was very nice too.
Im sorry about RE 2, i thought it was boooring, the first part of the police dep. was too long.
9º Resident Evil 4: What can I say, I was playing and replaying all summer, I admit it was very difficult playing this game XD, also it is ambienced in Spain, so I just LOVE the first part of the game. The final part of the island was not so interesting, a bit repetitive.
10º GTA III: I WANT TO OWN IT!!!! Much better than vice city
11º: DOOM 3: I put it in the list just because it was the only game I played in my life that actually scared me. Very nice graphics and monsters.
12º Unreal: I loved to play the multiplayer when I was younger, even against the computer. Single player is nice. What I loved about Unreal was the huge environments full of vegetation and enormous space to run around! Very realistic at the time.
13º Dead Space: The last game that I played and really enjoyed. Frenetic action! Its not so scary as people say, maybe sometimes due to the sounds of monsters and special sound effects, but not the monsters appearance..
14º F.E.A.R.
Wow! just wow. I played this game many years ago but my PC wasnt good enough so i did not enjoy it. Just bought it from Steam for a sweet deal and boy im hooked!!! What an amazing game, breathtaking music, atmosphere and story!! Awesome ending level and story ending. Alma is creepy as hell!
