PC games are only held back by consoles because of the money-hungry publishers like Activision and Ubisoft. Remember Assasin's Creed II and Splinter Cell: Conviction which required you to stay online for the entire period of the game? Oh, and remember Activision's most recent Starcraft II which was regionally locked until it was patched? Remember Modern Warfare 2 and alterIWNet? Oh, and remember Rockstar's GTA4 which had a lot of performance issues on the PC, not to mention the fact that you had to stay online to play? No offense but all of this looks like Communism to me. You literally own nothing and this can be a huge problem if you have a crappy network card/router or if your ISP is just made out of plain fail.
