also im picking it up because Free Radical usually comes though with thier games
UT3 is best played on the PC. The PS3 version is dummed-down drastically. Trust me - I bought both versions =Pswaed
i wouldn't say that..only thing that was changed was the PC version is more fast paced ( untill you download the PCspeed mod for ps3) and obviously the PC version comes with the Unreal Editor
From some people i have told it might vary from state to state.. But i live in new york and at my local target these games were on clearance for the ps3.. some good buys
The Orange Box - $41.97
Lair - $29.97
NCAA basketball 08 - $29.97
NCAA Football 08 - $29.97
F.E.A.R. - $14.97
Folklore - $14.97
Unreal Tournament 3 showed theres a community for it.....and that it can be done well on consoles.....
Do you think more games will include this type of feature.. Mabye something new down the road from PC heavy developers like Epic, Valve, Crytek
Crisis for ps3 with mod support anyone??????
Both games would be better purchases on the PC....and The Orange box is a tad better on the 360.... If you have a 360 get The orange box on that and get UT3 for the Ps3
If you only have a ps3..... its a hard choice... mod support for the ps3 version of UT3 gives it almost inifite replayability. But the five games you get in The Orange Box are some of the best FPS ever created.
I gave my vote to UT3..just because anyone with a ps3 that was never a PC gamer. needs to see how great MOD content can be..and hope that more console games support it in the future
Mario Kart Wii? for me its
Deadly Creatures
Boom Blox
Wii Fit
Star Wars The Force Unleashed ( im still torn which console im getting this for.)
Disaster: Day of Crisis
and Osouji Sentai Clean Keeper >.>
Well, my DVD player finally died and I'm a generation behind on the console race, so I figured that I can just kill two birds with one stone. I know the PS3 and 360 play DVDs, but I don't know if they'll connect with my old red/yellow/white-input (the technical name for that would also be helpful) tv. So I was just wondering if there has been an update for the Wii enabling it to play DVD movies.Insanitymanitee
Wii cant play DVDs and yes you can plug a ps3 or 360 in a composite( red/white/yellow) imput...however of course you won't get the full advantage of having a HD capable system using those imputs
