This is normal. This is the way the move producer want you to see the move. This format is more like it is in the theater. When moves are put on a dvd or blu-ray the producer can choose witch format they use. 4:3 is the old format then you get black bars at the sides, when moves are put in this format almost 2/3 of the move is cut from the theater version. 16:9 you get "full screen" and the image is cut less. so 2.4:1 there is no cut.

everytime i watch a bluray movie... its like black on the top and bottom parts

That is bc the move is in another format. Your tv is in 16:9 but the move is usually in 2.4:1

graw 2 is a third person shooter. since u said u like a fps get rainbow six vegas or atleast resistance

graw 2 can be played as fps or third person shooter, just go to General options and change "over sholder view" to false.
