Microsoft is not a hardware company. They are a software company. That's why their consoles are not good quality.

You can see this, even though the Xbox360 already recieved many reforms and improvements in chip shrinkage and other things to help overheating, the 360 still gets the RROD.

It's very apparent that the 360 design is flawed from the start, not to mention that ATi gpus are known to overheat a lot, it was a bad idea to use ATi chips in the first place.

Sony is very experienced and they are masters of making hardware. Just look at all their electronics it's top notch and the best of the industry, wether it be LCDs, Stereos, Computers, Cameras, etcs. That's why the PS3 is such high quality and has a near zero fault rate.
