i know it is a ghost and glass type pokemon.

 

i read the walktbrough, it said i could use physical, water or electrial type pokemon for defeat it.

 

i used all of it,  but it seen won't work on Jellicent.

 

so what type of pokemon for defeat jellicent?

 

and except upgrade my pokemon, how could i make them stronger?
