Hey, what's up everybody. I am about to start some hardcore training for football. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on what sports drinks I should use. I know Gatorade, Propel, and Powerade are some of the frontrunners, but are those the best to use since both Gatorade and Powerade have alot of sugar and Propel doesn't rehydrate you like the other two. I was wondering what you think and if you're not into sports, post something anyway. I don't care what you post, but at least post.
P.S. What anti-perspirant should I use....... JUST KIDDING!!!!!
