does anyone know if its region locked by country or just certain regions? like north america = ntsc, europe = PAL

i heard that on the psp you cant have 2 different region accounts like you can with the ps3, is that true? if so is there a way around it so i can play both ntsc psp/ps1 downloads and my normal PAL ps1/psp downloads?

The prices in the Canadian store have been the exact same as in the US store for months now. To the TC, I'm not entirely sure those PSN cards you are picking up in Canada will work on the US account (may be set up to just work for Canadian accounts).
