have you ever watched that show? its so hillarious. if you dont know its 2 armies the reds and the blues who are waging war across blood gulch/ coagulation maps on halo and halo 2. great show. ive been watching the all the episodes since last night.

so like every friday i go and rent 2 movies. usually one is a comedy and the other one varies between action or drama. take for instance last friday i rented the comebacks and gone baby gone. i watched the comebacks at like 10 pm and was ROTFL so bad. and then i watched GBG at 2 in the morning and became horribly depressed until i had some caffeine later. see the key is that if you get a comedy and a drama and watch them in reverse order. always end with laughs last..."he who laughs last laughs loudest." but if you get an action it dosent really matter when it comes to order. tonight i got little miss sunshine and beowulf and watched them respectivley and diddnt really care what order they were in. thats my strategy.

When the PSP first came out i was reluctant about its capabilities. a friend of mine got one and i was able to get a quick look at what really could do. Now, I am a giant enthusiast of the PSP. when getting a new game that is released on multi-platform i usually am conflicted about whether i should get a psp version as with travelling out of town to family i need something to pass the time in the car. i will say that getting a psp was not based off of just what it could do and what games it had but it was mainly over my obsession with the SOCOM games. when i realized that my friend would sell me his psp and the SOCOM psp game. unfotunatly he never delivered on the goods and out of spite got one in a bundle pack with more than he would he was going to give me. recently i must say that the psp has definatly gotten better. with a new white, lighter, and slimmer psp. but the problem now is that the graphics on a lot of the games are passed off because of porrer graphics. what i hate is how people cant even try to accept that now all consoles have powerful graphics like the 360 and PS3. all i can say is that maybe if people try, sony will splurge so that the PSP would be more of a contender in the graphic software war. because for the most part, the PSP has some games that offer really fun gameplay.

well as my first blog entry ill start off with doing a weekly post containing my choice 5 games of the week. some games will last more than one week some wont. so lets get started.

game ranking at 5th: SOCOM us navy seals fire team bravo 2

this is a very popular game for the psp. like its predecescors, it focuses on you playing as a member of the navy seals and carrying out missions with designated assignments like stealth, infaltration, capturing enemy officals. but what makes this game good is its multiplayer capability. 1-16 players online makes for heated battles with more than 40 real world weapons to choose from. if you have a psp i recommend this game

game ranking at 4th: spider-man 3

this game was released last month on several different consoles and hand held systems but im going to rank the 360 version at 4th. despite some negative critisism, i beleive this to be the best spiderman movie game to be released. it has the same makers as the award winning second game, and evan stronger graphics. the only thing that could make this better is that the city has been remade to look like the previous game city but it has been completly redesigned for a better gameplay expeirience. this game is out for the 360,ps3,wii,ps2, and ds. for psp owners, the g ame will be released in november with different options then any other system.

game ranking at 3rd: dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 2

this game is for the ps2 and is the latest in the budokai tenkaichi series. tenkaichi 1 had good gameplay but alot of problems. to name a few was how incredibly easy it was to win the world tournement in dragon tournament mode. all you had to do was lock on, and do a quick combo at the edge of the ring to win. another major problem was the asbcence of in game transofmations. say you wanted to play as goku. unlike other games where you choose him and then transform to higher levels, there basicly a set of goku characters to choose from: goku, super saiyen goku, super saiyen 2 goku, and so on. but all that is changed for the better. now, each character is listed but by pressing l1 or l2 you can switch to start out at a higher level (if they have another level)

game ranking at 2nd: gears of war

gears of war is 3rd person shooter for the 360. this game is interesting to say the least. the game takes place on a fictional planet similar to earth. the game starts out years after a traumatic event called "e-day" which stands for "Emercence day" a day when a race known as the locusts emegered from under ground and wreaked havoc onto the planet. years later a "gear" or soldier named dom and his teamates free a former teamate of thiers named marcus from prison to help fight and the story really just goes from there. the game offers a good story mode and an incridibly well done multiplayer option. the game also has co-op sotry mode so 2 people can play the story mode together and the ability to bring guests on to xbox live.

game ranking at first: tom clancy's rainbow six vegas

vegas didnt know what hit it in this fps for the xbox 360. in this game you take the role of a rainbow six operative as vegas is attacked by a terrorist orginisation. the story mode isnt the best but what really makes the game good is the multiplayer. all kind of things to do like snapping to walls and blind firing,snake cams, and rappelling ropes into rooms full of tangos. the downside is that you cant bring a guest online but vegas makes up for that with co-op terrorist hunt: a mode which is compatible with 2 players where 2 players are deployed into various areas in vegas and have to eliminate tangos in the area to complete the mission.
