Got stuck in a stupid place and the video helped perfectly - could have easily been missed by a written walkthrough. Thanks.

The thing to remember - most people are not inherently addicts. It takes that magic activity to get someone hooked, while it be as simple as drugs or complex like the need to gamble. The problem with game addiction is that the idea of a game is to stimulate and try and raise the dopamine levels for the person playing. Just like taking a drug that does the same thing, a person begins to "desire" those high dopamine levels more and more and if the only thing that gets them there is a video game, they'll play it more and more - just like taking a drug that you begin to build a tolerance to. The depression arises when the person is not playing a game or worse, playing a game that is not raising those dopamine levels high enough. Those achievements on LIVE can be killers as you set yourself up for more and more seeable, attainable goals-you're losing your defense against failure if all your brain can "handle" is success.
