During the Search, the Nemesis would only say the word "STARS" But would Draw it out saying "SSSTTTAAARRRSS". The final S in the STARS is part of the acronym and not pluralizing it, The S in stars stands for Service. So when He said, "As for Nemesis, he might just be the “STAAARRRSSS” of the game." The use of STARS was a reference to the unit and the only thing Nemesis could say. He was making a joke using a reference to the character, While it was a bad joke, It doesn't Compromise his intelligence.
