Take a look at the list below. A list of must-buy games. Two that aren't out yet, but it's still safe enough to say that they're must-buys.
Trauma Center: Under the Knife
Tony Hawk's American Wasteland
Tony Hawk's American Sk8land
Advance Wars: Dual Strike
Kirby: Canvas Curse
Meteos
Nintendogs
X-Men Legends 2
Burnout Revenge
Mario Superstar Baseball
I recently emptied 12.99 on a used copy of Shaun Palmer's Pro Snowboarder (could not find new anywhere local), and before that a couple others. Knowing those are all must-buys, and knowing there are still games yet to come which will very likely be must-buys, I think I have a right to be extremely angry. There's no way I'll be able to purchase all of these, meaning I'll have to leave some out. Arrgg!
If there's anything that you can do to let yourself be relieved by gaming's greatness, it's play Trauma Center. Ignore the (mostly good) reviews - pretend what they say for now means nothing. It's a game about surgery that doesn't take it's subject matter too seriously so not to make things extremely over-the-top complicated. And it's published by Atlus. Which means if you don't buy it soon, before all those other great titles, it'll be so difficult to find a copy that's actually affordable that you'll probably pass it up, and miss out on one of the DS's greater games right now. Buy it. You'll thank me later.
*will soon be playing THAW =D*
