In this blog I'm going to talk about GS's STAFF and the way they rate game's in MY OPINION, IS IT fair or not and WHY?
 
I will be talking about the way they rated the old-gen game's - PS2 and Xbox -
 
The Way GS rate games:

 I don't think that they fairly rated the game's b/c if you see the Top Game's in the GS search you would find only a few game's which landed on the +9 rates. I'm not saying that there should be more game's on the +9. all I'm saying is that do you really believe that in the PS2 only so little  game's deserve playing, only 10 game's or less that impressed you?  I believe not.
 

Is It Fair and Why:

 Now the thing that I wanted to talk about is this: why do you - GS staff - compare games of deferent genres with each other?
There should be a model for each genre, like for example flight sim game's should have a game with an 8.9 score and any other game from that genre should be compared to the 8.9 game. For Action game's there should be an OTHER model game from witch we compare other games from the SAME genre.

The problem is that we compare all of that genre game to one or two game's by saying " that wrestling game is great, but the graphic's aren't as good as FF12" that is not fair b/c the point of the wrestling game is having fun and beating people up so having great graphic's isn't a priority . If the FF12 had the graphics of the wrestling game I know that a lot of people wouldn't have played the game, b/c IT IS priority b/c they need to amaze you just to complete the game. 
Having only few game's at the top and comparing other game's with games from deferent play-styl I think - not the best way to rate games. B/c when looking at the old-gen - PS2 and xbox - you would see that we all expected better graphic's, better handling, better gamepaly, and flexibility but we didn't get what we expected b/c we expected thing's that the console couldn't give us and what the developers couldn't make.

Finally. I hope that game's will be rated depending on there genres and not have only one game witch we compare other's to. also I hope that you don't think that I want more game's getting the +9 rate what i want is seeing games in the 8.5 from every genre.

NOTE: I know that the staff who rate the game's are experts, but seeing game's that I loved playing getting low rated review's I didn't know what else to do except write this blog.

Hi, This is my first blog and I'm going to talk -write- about the new gen-consels about there grafic's :) .

 Actoully I am desappointed about the new PS3 and x360. B/c a couble of year's back I remmber what the devolpers said about what the new gen will be like. I thought it will be so real that we don't have to go to the movies anymore but the fact is when you look at the new console's game's you would see that they have a bad grafic's.

 - the grafic's are great but not what I expected -

 On the other hand, if you see the PC game's back then - 2years ago - you would see that they have great grafic's not as good as the grafic's on the new console's but almost.

 If we look back at the grafic's on the PS1 and if you remmber the HUGE leap in grafic's when the new PS2 came in. That was a new-gen, but looking at these new-gen's - PS3 and x360 - looking at there grafic's is as we see an awesome jump BUT not what - most people and I - expected.

 Yes, the new-gen is better in more way's than one compared to the older console, but aren't we forgeting how many years have passed since the older-gen - PS1 and xbox - was realesed. Ages!!

 - What imean  is consedring the time it took'em to releas the PS3 and x360 the should've made them look better-

I really wish that there will be better game's in terms of grafic's. I also hope that game's like MGS4, Resident Evil 5, GTA4 and such game's hope there devoleprs do a good job on them - gst like what they did on Gears of War- .
