I think the game wasn't expected to be a big seller from the start. Team knew that the game would be so niche and divisive, but they created what they wanted to create and go it out there. I would actually enjoy a sequel that skipped to Slaughter Gulch as the next location, since I am not sure Hell's Kitchen Mansion and One Eyed Jack would fit in this new "timeline" of sorts.
@esqueejy: I honestly do not remember people throwing a fit about Yasuke in NIOH 2 as the "Obsidian Samurai" so I am not sure why it is such a big deal to people now. If UBI actually does a good job with this new game, Yasuke could be really rad!
Nah, I dunno about that. I would be more willing to believe "Open Zone", but Open World doesn't seem like something CAPCOM would turn to. Areas bigger than what we got in 4 Remake and Village would make more sense.
Trickster works really well if you a Tanky Pawn or Two who like to lead the charge. I have been a Warrior ever since I unlocked it at the start and haven't really changed it ( well, I did change it temporarily for an Archery Quest ).
My plan is to Max out Warrior, Archer and either Mage or Magic Archer so I can be ready for Warfarer.
