This is an astonishingly stupid move. Even a few days of staggered release in this day and age of digital downloads (argh, stupid expression) is unacceptable imo.

Apparently the delay is for localization and such but personally i'm not interested in that.

This will basically tank their sales in Europe (and Australia) due to pirating. It's a finished product we're not able to get our hands on cause we're not in the US. How outdated is that?

How has this not made the news? Granted, it took a bit of digging to find an official word on the matter but this is wrong on so many levels.

Stop treating Europeans as second class gamers. It's great that they are localizing it for those who may want that but for those of us who don't, you're cutting us off for no good reason.

I just love those games that stir emotions in me.

Shadow of the colossus was gripping and i think i may have shed a tear there once or twice.

I know there are others but sadly that is the most recent.

Keep in mind that facts can be misleading and what looks like an illusion doesnt have to be ;)

I don't like how the gaming industry is more and more cuthroat buisness every year. I understand most have families to support but i would much rather be unemployed than be stronghanded like this, working for Activision. He wasn't kidding with the death star comparison.

There needs to be room for innovation, creative freedom and passion in making games. No one wants to be spoonfed with the same formulaic focus tested gruel over and over (guitarr hero).

Activision (or should i say Bobby?) seems to have no interest in any of that as long as money is being earned no matter how miserable the developers become - If they dont want to make the games given to them that's their choice, right? (possibly breaching contracts in the process? ;))

Now i either have to learn japanese or cross my fingers for an English version of this.
