While i agree that DMC 2 was a bad game as far as DMC is concerned, it was an okay game, just tainted by the fact that the others in the series were so much better. The worst sequal i can think of is Dead To Rights 2. The forst Dead To Rights was a fun action/shooter in vein of max payne. DtR 2 however was total garbage and almost unplayable.

My favorite story in an xbox game was KOTOR. The twist at the end of that game had my jaw on the floor, not to mention that it was better than the three most recently released star wars movies (1,2, and 3)

I agree while i will say that Mass Effect is a great example of game with a story that could easily be a movie, i was extremely disappointed by the less-than-stellar squad AI, and i was very upset with the Gears of War-like combat. I was a huge fan of KOTOR, and really liked the combat in that particular game. I was expecting a similar experience from Mass Effect, but with guns. Also i had high hopes for Two Worlds but that game was such crap, as a matter of fact the disc has become my favorite coaster!

Here's a list of the xbox 360 games i was most impressed with:

Oblivion, COD4, Rainbow Six: Vegas, Gears of War, Bioshock.

also based on your name i'm going to assume you are a naruto fan, as a fellow fan of this particular anime series i would also recommed Naruto: Rise of a ninja for the 360 especially if you are a fan of the show, its a mix between a platformer and a fighting game, and it allows you to paly through the first 80 or so episodes of the series

My favorite top 3 Xbox 360 titles would have to be:

1 - The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

2 - Gears of War

3 - Rainbow Six: Vegas

I was having this problem myself not to long ago, but i finally decided to go ahead and just spring for the GOTY edition. All i had to do was put the disc with the expansions on it into my 360, and download the content to my hard drive and play. But as far as being worth it, i would say thats a yes. Shivering isles, and knights of the nine are well worth the extra money, especially if you've compeleted everything in Oblivion. Additionally, the extra content sells for $30 at gamestop as does the original version of oblivion. so either way your looking at roughly 60 to play the extra content, if you don't have a copy of the non-GOTY version of the game.

In my opinion, just because a game has great graphics does not mean its a great game. Although for some reason most of the games I play with these great graphics also have all the other qualitys of a great game. For a game to be great, at least in my book, it must have much more then great graphics. Gameplay is the biggest factor to me when purchasing a game, if the game has great graphics but play like crap, is it a good game?
