Ugh, now I know why they call it "Bad Company"

I hadn't played this game for a while, so I decided to take it off my shelf and try it out again for some achievements. Two seconds into the game I remembered why I quit, it's boring and there's no mercy from the AI. I fire one bullet and they ALL turn to me? ALL of them? I was hiding in a freakin' bush! They can shoot through leaves when there is obviously no way they could see me if they were real people, and there are like five guys shooting me with submachine guns from 50 metres away at the same time. Top it all off with a super small supply of ammo and crappy allies. I've beaten the Call of Duty 4 campaign on Veteran, and completed a few Call of Duty 3 missions on Veteran, not to mention I'm pretty good at Halo too, but this FPS just drives me insane. The funny thing is, is the fact that I was playing on Normal. NORMAL. I really have to work hard for these achievements, and man, achievements they are.

To PS3, or not to PS3. That is the question.

If you've seen my games collection you can probably assume that I've been a Nintendo fan for most of my life, until I met the Xbox 360. Personally my favorite next-gen system. So, you may be wondering "What's the point of buying a Playstation 3 then?". Well, my parents recently got seperated and live in different houses (they're still good friends) and I have my Wii at my mom's and my Xbox at my dad's. So, still what's the problem? I hate my Wii. There haven't been any of my type of games for at least a year on it, and I'm getting really pissed off with all these "Imagine Babyz" and "Super Mario (insert sport here)". I'm really not having any fun with it, and I'd rather play on my five year old Bop-It.

That's why I'm thinking of getting a Playstation 3 for my mom's, and I have the money, more than enough. The only problem is the economy right now, because the price could drop at any moment and that's when I want to take advantage of it. Dell's having a sale on their website right now, and I'm wondering if today's the day I should finally strike.
