[QUOTE="Dymond7"]I own both the DS and PSP, so don't think im a DS fanboy, I think it's because the DS has... a casual fanbase and GH is kind'a a casual game, and the other reason is because (I THINK) GH on the DS has a peripheral ,and It would be impossible to do that with the PSP.bowlama
EXACTLY!!!!! I don't know y people keep bi*ching about no gh on da psp. 2 much games r pirated in da psp community plus da psp isn't really designed 4 a guitar hero game. can any1 actually imagine playing guitar hero on da psp!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I can't imagine playing GH on the PSP, you have to spend quite alot of time pulling DJMax Portable 2 out of it to fit another PSP game in the UMD slot. Music games can be done on the PSP (8B is extremely entertaining and the reason I'm still playing it 2 years out of release) but I wouldn't touch a GH game console or portable b/c the soundtrack isn't for me.

The only problem with PC gaming is that the hardware is rather expensive to get started, but if you already have a PC then you can't go wrong with choices. I used to be a big console fan, but the main reason "PC gaming is dying" topics start up all the time is that the NPD ignores digital distribution/monthly subscription in their figures so only 2 or 3 titles a year spring it to life. There are weeks, sometimes months where my PS2 and 360 go untouched because there aren't titles that make me want to turn it on.

PC gaming actually has alot going for it but you need to know where to look. I only use my 360 for XBLA titles and one or two games because my PC can't handle the bigger budget games (Like Grid or Infinite Undiscovery) but the lesser known titles that have lighter requisites. You also have to look at the fact that outside North America (and possibly Europe) that consoles aren't as big as PC's which are mostly played in Lan centers/Internet cafe's.

I've been trying to keep up with PC gaming, but none of the bigger budget titles look apealling to me. That doesn't mean I won't be playing games on it because the growth of F2P gaming sites with hidden gems that you usually won't get on your home console. The future for PC gaming is stronger than it has ever been, but you have to keep an eye on the fact that Microsoft is making big strides with their OS's that eat up resources uncessarily which hinders gamers from fully tapping out their systems for newer titles.
