Haven't played either fully but I have a trip to London with 3-4 hour rides to get there and come back and I can probably get some play time on them then. I played the old Mario RPG on snes and loved that so if PiT and BiS are similar should be good!

May be slightly off topic but I started off on RE2, then RE:CV, RE1, RE4, RE0, RE5, RE3. Liked most of them but RE3 never really impressed me. I couldn't start from the beginning because the series was started the year before I was born, but my Dad is an even bigger fan than I am so I was pretty much bound to end up liking them. I am glad he introduced me to them because they're all amazing games.
You just made me feel so old...I remember renting the first one and being so scared...I was a teenager then....
Haha I remember before I had played Resident Evil I seen RE: Survivor lying around for the PS1 and stuck it in. Scared the hell outta me when I went through the first door and a zombie ran at me. I switched it off and pretended I hadn't touched it :P
It's sweet. But I'm not as much in love with the Wii controls as everyone else seems to be. I liked the laser pointer, and I dislike the reticule. The Wii controls also made the game much easier, so I still prefer playing with the GC controller.

It'd be pretty good if you were able to use a GameCube/Wii Classic controller if you had one plugged in but it sticks you in with the Wii Remote which kinda sucks.

I like it :). You know, Capcom should do another spin off series that is based on the bad guys' perspective, just like Operation Racoon City. The games would take place in between all of the main series up until after RE5, which could pave the way for RE6. Anybody else like that idea? :) That would give us a chance to use people like said Wesker and Krauser together. Awesome. Idea. :D
tried the classic controller too and was still very different from FPS i play on the 360...
why couldnt the wiimote controls be like metroid prime , call of duty or goldeneye?

You just gotta try get into to it. Resident evil as a FPS would be pretty bad imo. I personally can play FPS controls and Over-the-shoulder controls because they're not REALLY that different. I suppose it's just personal preference. Too bad you couldn't enjoy it.

Chris and Claire met up in Code Veronica :P Ooh, right :P .Code Veronica was always way too hard for some reason and way too long so I never completed it. Let's hope the HD re-release this Winter will change all that! :P. It's pretty hard alright. Took me a long time to get to the end. Chris and Claire don't really team up for long Chris just meets up with Claire at the end of the game for a few zombies and the big finale :P
