Im in a dilemn, im considering whether to upgrade my current 7900GS with a 8800GTS orrrr to snag another monitor alongside my 22 inch widescreen.

thoughts?

i have a G5 also, i also have to say it is the best mouse i have put my hands on, but the wheel really get me sometimes, when i try to close a tab on firefox with the mouse3 it rotates the wheel and i close another DUH!, it is really annoying, specialy when you're searching trough those videos on youporn and they un-load

anyways, im currently using the G5 i've heard many great this with it, and i have to agree with them, its comfortable and its quite accurate, im happy with my purchase :D (oh and its the newer G5 with two buttons on the side, not one)

ya i do have an extra pci slot. i dont know the processor... i think its an amd athlon

You have an AGP slot, not a PCI-E slot, your highest bet for a video card would be the 7600 i think? maybe 7900 not too sure. But you won't see any 8800s unless you get a better motherboard/computer.

EDIT: umm now im unsure, one site says your comp has PCI-E the other says you have AGP. If your one happens to have PCI-E then you're able to use the 8800s
