The Present

Well, college is back in full swing. This week the fall semester has begun and i am just WAITING for winter break already. Its nice to be back in classes...its just they want me to do alot of stuff, like reading books.

also, my summer was filled with working around the house and beautifying it with some new furniture. My greatest accomplishment is my Media Room. i got some nice leather recliners for that room so all it needs now is a 60in lcd, which i hope to get soon. i will put up pics sooner or later. I also took summer courses too...a major SUCK!

Besides that, i have played ALOT of video games ever since i got my cable/internet hooked up.

I've been playing the PS3 mostly with MGS4 and BF Bad Company with doses of Call of Duty MW thrown in. eac month this year an awesome game will be coming out for my baby so i gotta saev up some mula and get my studyin done quick.

I also got the Wii now tha tmy sister and i co-own. I have yet to ever play that thing online, the only thing i have done with the internet on it is buy games. Right now i am going to give some time to it to beat games i have not beaten yet including No More Heroes, SSBB, Super Mario Galaxy, and MarioKart Wii(one of my sis' friends deleted my license).

other than that...i still eat an sleep. That is All

The News

Well, my house is getting settled in alright. We got our stuff from North Carolina and Japan getting put away nicely.

I am proud to announce that I finally have a tv with my PS3. I have never been happier in my life. I just need to get connected to the internet at my house (i use the internet at my university) so i can play online.

The house is coming along nicely, i just wish my grass would grow nice and green but its being a bum. Plus, i got to stain the fence some more but its too hot outside most of the day to do so.

Its good to finally catch up on games that i have missed out on during my nine months in japan and the few months i was in the states. I played the life out of Grand Theft Auto 4, Killzone 2, and Metal Gear Solid 4. Plus, going back and playing Devil may Cry 4 again.

Im also taking summer courses to get some more credits down. it totall sucks!

New House, Associates Degree, Job Hunt

Well, today i went to the University for my classes, my first class Pre-Calc was done in 50min, then Macroeconomics was done 15 minutes early, and my Management took only 5 minutes. (i have them back to back) so 9-12, but i got home early today and ended up going with my mom to some office place for her to sign papers.

Our new house has been finished. this is sorta what it lookes like...just flip the plans around. http://www.lennar.com/New-Homes/Texas/Austin/Ledge-Stone---Estate-Collection/St-Andrews-II it is very "gangster". but i watched my mother sign document after document so the house would be transfered into our name. i have never felt so bored since the last time when my parents bought our house in North Carolina and i had to sit there and watch them do that back then. i wish i snuck my DS into that office.

its good to find a new home to settle down in, even though Okinawa will always be my one true home to me. and this comes 2 days short of one year after my Fathers passing. so on the 13th im going to be praying for him, and set out a traditional meal for the dead for him, i suggested ice cream because he always ate the ice cream i bought, i think he'd like it.

I also received word that i had been awarded my General Associates Degree last week, so it is 100% official that i am a Junior/thrid year and only have finished half of the stuff i have to do to graduate college. it makes me happy, cuz once im done i am FREE!!!much to everyones surprise...i did go to my lectures even though i did leave them early to go drifting, play pool and darts and what not, cant take work too seriously

I am also looking for a job...which has been a suckfest. i am actually going to try to get a job with a bank and get paid pretty good. they are also extremely flexible with college students since austin is a semi-college town. it pays well and it can lead to good job oppurtunites in the future. this shouldnt be too hard i hope, i have really good credentials.

Im in America, finally gettin ready to settle down

Life is going good.

before New Years, i left Okinawa an said goodbye to my sis an all my friends an came to Austin, Texas to meet up with my mom an family.

its nice here, i think i can get used to this place...just too much mexican food place are abound.

Our new house is being built, the exterior is done, just the inside has to be finished, detailed, an our appliances have to be installed. so Feb 20th is the estimated time for moving in...but it is lookin like it might happen earlier.

Today i bought a new car, a Volvo S80 T6. it is very Gangster an has V.I.P. status. i do miss my Nissan S14, but this car will do.

I am also in need for my cousin to send me my PS3. I need some hardcore video game time.

Life at the Moment

at this point in time i am finding myself very busy.

first of all, i started my new job last month an started classes again at the same time, i have been so busy i barely go online anymore. but i will always make time for GS.

I also got a Wii, its pretty cool, dont have an cool games, just sports an fit. but it is very fun and i am enjoying it. i look forward to getting Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Mariokart, No More Heroes, and Super Mario Galaxy.

and my car, my beautiful Drifting Silvia 14, and myself got into a crash...14 days ago. so she is finally gonna get fixed soon...

i hope to get some more time on here with all you people. holla back!

GTA4, PS3, PSP...gotta love it

the other day i got Grand Theft Auto 4 for my birthday...a month after my birthday from my sis. *thats what happens when you are an American living in Japan. but my PS3 is still in the US...so either have my cousin mail it to me for a nice sum of money...or wait to go back...its killing me. i have to find a friend who has a PS3 here, since most of them are 360 users...those poor souls.

also, my PSP is becoming a gaming priority. since i have been back in Japan...i have been playing it alot more. i enjoy the fact that i can play JP games on it, tis a great feeling playing games that wont be released out of the country. I have been enjoying playing Bleach Heat the Soul5 and Gundam Seed Rengou vs ZAFT. those are good games among many that deserves to be sold everywhere. *the same goes for the DS games they have only in JP as well.

Lately, my PSP battery has not been holding a charge...which gets in the way of my gaming. its an older battery obviously...it has got to go. but i dont know if its worth getting a new battery or a Slim...decisions, decisions...

the Wii an The List

Holy Lord, i want one now. I was chilling with my friend on base today an we were playing Wii Sport....tis awesome. that was the first time i ever really played that thing and it felt good. it seemed like i could pick it up an play, an just have fun. i cant do that with my ps3 an all those intense, violent games i play. PLUS, the sheer size of the Wii an its ability to play cube games is awesome.

Also, i was going through my old stuff, model kit hobby magazines an gundam model kits, old video games like the first pokemon on GB an my Castlevania Adventure. An then watching old DVDs of animes i am huge fans of like Gundam, Zone of Enders, Robotech. even all my Star Wars stuff. i think when i get more time i want to compile a list of all the stuff i like so i never forget em, plus, im old...i forget things.

Living in America, HandHeld Gamer and Games

Now i will be living in America, goodbye Okinawa, Japan, my one true home. I SHALL RETURN

IN OTHER NEWS, I am once again, an Official HandHeld Gamer.

i have been playing my DSlite for the past several days straight, and rarely getting on my PS3 anymore. Nothing on the PS3 an PSP have been "Glittering and Sparkling"(from south park) with me lately. but i will get into a small wishlist of games soon. However, i have finally found Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow a few days ago at the mall an have been going at it. soon, i will need to make another journey to find Portrait of Ruin, in doing so, i will catch up on much needed Castlevania time.

in april i look forward to The World Ends with You on Ds plus these PS3 titles:

  • Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the patriots
  • Grand Theft Auto 4
  • Killzone 2
  • Resistance 2
  • an more to come...

Moving, PS 3, Hitman an Assassins

well, on sunday, im headed off to Minnesota to check out colleges as i am thinking of moving there. after a week or two, i will be heading back to Okinawa to see friends. that way i can hang out an have a proper farewell to Okinawa after 7 years of living there an lovin it.

so basically, i wont be on as much as i'd like...so keep in touch.

as for the PS3. HAZZAH!!! Blu-Ray has won/winning the format wars. if the facts are accurate, Warner Bros wants to shift completely to Blu-Ray, an they are the biggest sellers of movies/dvds. Toshiba backed out on their half of the HD-DVD deal they had with microsoft. Xbox360 might start using Blu-Ray soon, giving A LOT of royalty to their succesor. HD-DVD, may it rest in peace. Blu-Ray is the future, congrats PS3, you have done daddy proud!

I also got done watching Hitman, it is alot different than the games, but somewhat enjoyable, even if lacking in action. but now i wish for a new hitman game to come out, either Ps3 or PSP would be fine. it can happen an needs to happen. i need this because my fibre wire is gettin rusty from not strangling anymore

Moving Kills Gaming

Well, i might be moving either somewhere else in Okinawa OR back to the states somewhere. This is gonna kill my Gamer inside. i dont have my trusty VAIO, so i dont feel like i will be able to play Warhammer 40K DoW Soul Storm yet i dont think i will miss much. an my PS3 is gonna be packed up sooner or later. BOO! i place my hopes into my DS an PSP for the future ahead of me!
